National Sportswear's
famous Lifetime Warranty applies to all National Sportswear
brand name merchandise only. It does not cover custom decorated
products on other brand names such as custom printing, custom
embroidery or custom numbering on Hanes, Jerzee, Gildan, Fruit
of the Loom and so on.
Unfortunately the reason custom decorated products can not be covered
under our Lifetime Warranty is because those products are
manufactured by different brands other than National Sportswear,
such as Hanes, Fruit of the Loom, Jerzee, Gildan, Harvard Square
and so on. These manufactures do not supply a Lifetime Warranty
on their products for decoration.
Although National Sportswear does
not cover a Lifetime Warranty on these other brands, we can
assure you "we put the same care and attention into decorating
these brands as we do our own".

National Sportswear is if not impossible to
replicate it is at least the most difficult to duplicate.
We have put stringent and near impossible to duplicated techniques and
hidden marks into every piece of sportswear we produce. This
insures us of anti piracy and insures you that your National
Sportswear is original.
In order to receive your Lifetime Warranty replacement, you
have to be the original owner of the piece you are replacing.
You must return your warranted piece directly to National
Sportswear's warranty receiving department along with the proper
payment for shipping and handling of your replacement piece.
National Sportswear reserves the right to keep and
redistribute your returned merchandise as we see fit. Most
returned merchandise is recycled to low income families and
people in need around the world.
